Do you know our culinary secret? We have clear ideas when it comes to our ingredients, but are all the more flexible when it comes to preparing them. Our team cooks Austrian and international, gluten-free, vegetarian and lactose-free delicacies. The important thing is that everyone likes and enjoys them. We like to work our magic with products from the Salzkammergut, from organic alpine oxen to trout from Lake Hallstatt and meat from the delicatessen Speiserei in Gosau. Enjoy our 3/4 board, ask us for a wine tip and round off your evening with a digestif in the Stoffen Lounge.
